Rebecca Holton is a multi-award-winning British figurative painter based in Bath. Holding an MA in Fine Art from the University of Edinburgh, her work has been shown at the Royal Academy, the Royal Institute of Oil Painters and the Royal Society of British Artists, and is held in private collections across the UK, Europe, the USA and Asia.
Working primarily in oil on canvas, Rebecca's paintings are rich in detail and atmosphere. Her figures are rendered with quiet precision, expressive brushwork and a masterful handling of light and shadow that draws the eye into every corner of the canvas. Each work rewards time, revealing new detail with every viewing.
People Watching is her second solo exhibition, bringing together around 25 new works, all available to purchase.
